Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defective, damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
• Exchanges (for example a different ring size): return the item as above and place a new order.
• Customers in Israel also keep all rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
